  • The Vanilla - Vanilla bean cake, vanilla bean Swiss merengue buttercream
  • Raspberry Lovers - White cake, raspberry coulis, fresh raspberries, raspberry buttercream. Baker's suggestion: Passion fruit curd
  • Traditional Almond - Almond cake, splash of Amaretto, raspberry coulis, fresh raspberries, vanilla buttercream
  • Summer Lemon - White cake, lemon buttercream, lemon curd. Baker's suggestion: Raspberry or blueberry coulis
  • Sprinkles - Baileys confetti cake, vanilla or cream cheese buttercream
  • Strawberry Lovers - Strawberry cake, strawberry coulis, strawberry or cream cheese buttercream. Baker's suggestion: Lemon curd
  • Red Velvet - Red velvet cake, cream cheese buttercream, dark chocolate chips
  • Salted Caramel - Marbled cake, salted caramel ribbon, caramel buttercream
  • The Kristyne - Baileys marbled cake, mocha buttercream. Baker's suggestion: splash of espresso
  • Hersheys - Milk chocolate cake, Hersheys buttercream
  • J's - Dark chocolate cake, berry coulis, fresh raspberries, whipped ganache buttercream

Gluten free cakes are not certified as I work in a kitchen where flour and such ingredients are used daily.

 Cake Alternatives

  • Pavlova - Merengue base, crème fraîche, and a mix of berries makes this gluten free option a great alternative full of flavor and textures. 
    Add lemon curd, passion fruit curd, dulce de leche or Nutella for an extra layer of flavor.
  • Cobbler - Delicious blueberry or peach cobbler layered with puff pastry and crème fraîche.
  • Tiramisu - Whipped cream cheese and mascarpone layered with lady fingers soaked in a mixture of espresso and Baileys. Dusted with Ecuadorian cocoa powder.
